What We Do
Available for short and long term consulting
After a brief discussion, a complementary proposal that includes a statement of work, a effort/cost estimate, a schedules, and deliverables will produced. All work is billed by the hour and incremental progress reports/action items provided. Any required additional expenses will be billed separately and pre-approved by client. All local travel is included not billed as an expense.
Our Expertise
David served as General Manager to Jaffurs Wine Cellars for over 10 years and Assistant Winemaker and International Sales Manager for 5 years prior to being GM. David created and was winemaker for several popular wine brands such as Cane Felice (Sangiovese) and Enticer / Mistress (Pinot Noir). David has toured wineries and vineyards all over the world including USA, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, and Greece.
